This article examines dental implantation as an important direction of modern dentistry. It discusses the main advantages of implants, including their safety for the body, long-term service life and aesthetic appearance. It also analyzes the risks that may arise during the implantation process, especially peri-implantitis, and complications that may arise in individual cases. The article also focuses on the latest medical approaches and technological innovations, such as 3D tomography, zirconium materials, laser technologies. The main theme is that dental implants play a significant role in improving the quality of human life and restoring confidence.
