Abstract

This article examines the use of simulations and role-playing games in teaching clinical skills to healthcare professionals. Key aspects of the effectiveness of these methods are highlighted, including creating realistic scenarios, developing communication and leadership skills, and increasing confidence in professional performance. The psychological and practical benefits that can be obtained from such training are discussed, such as reducing stress and improving reactions to unusual situations. The article also addresses methodological aspects of introducing simulations into educational programs, including the choice of technology platforms and performance assessment. In conclusion, the importance of using modern educational approaches to prepare medical professionals for the complex challenges of clinical practice is emphasized.
