Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of green economy principles on the private sector, in particular, considers new opportunities and threats faced by businesses. The study assesses the economic benefits of green transformation for the private sector in Uzbekistan, as well as its legal and institutional framework, taking into account global trends. In addition, new strategic directions for the private sector through green innovation, environmental certification and carbon footprint reduction are indicated.
