Abstract

This study explores how gamified learning platforms can foster the development of emotional intelligence (EI) in high school students. In an era where emotional and interpersonal skills are vital for academic and career success, integrating game-based strategies in education provides opportunities for students to build self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation. The article investigates the psychological and pedagogical principles behind gamification, examines its application in classroom settings, and presents empirical evidence from recent case studies. The results suggest that structured game-based learning promotes motivation, collaboration, and reflective thinking—essential elements for social-emotional learning.
