ENSURING HUMAN RIGHTS AND FAIR SOCIAL POLICIES ARE THE MAIN FACTORS IN BUILDING A NEW UZBEKISTAN

The article analyzes the interrelationship between ensuring human rights and conducting a fair social policy in the process of building a New Uzbekistan, as well as the strategic importance of these factors in the country's development. Respect and protection of human rights is considered a basic condition for building a democratic society, and a fair social policy ensures equal opportunities for all citizens, social protection, access to quality education and medical services. The article also reveals the role of such areas as the principles of a legal state, the fight against corruption, gender equality, interethnic harmony and the development of civil society in the development strategy of New Uzbekistan.
