The advent of the Information Age led to an expansion of knowledge, and libraries required the adaptation and improvement of their services to meet the changing needs of their readers. One of the most important aspects of this adaptation is the improvement of the processes of serving information libraries and the promotion of a culture of reading. This article will consider the importance of improving the processes of providing information and Library Service and promoting a culture of reading, the advantages of such efforts and the proposal of strategies for their implementation.
