This article explores the concept of personal creativity as a key factor in the self-realization and professional development of university students. The research highlights the psychological and pedagogical foundations of creativity, emphasizing its role in forming innovative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and independent decision-making. The paper analyzes the conditions that contribute to the development of creative potential within the educational environment of higher education institutions. Special attention is given to innovative teaching methods, creative projects, and digital technologies that stimulate students' intellectual and emotional engagement. The study concludes that a supportive academic environment, interactive learning, and personalized approaches significantly enhance students’ creative competencies and foster their holistic development.
