TEACHING METHODOLOGY OF SPECIAL (PSYCHOLOGY) SUBJECTS: PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

This paper examines the scientific and methodological foundations of teaching special (psychology) subjects. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the goals, objectives, and methods of teaching psychology as a special discipline designed for students with individual characteristics and special educational needs. The paper discusses the main theoretical principles, teaching strategies, modern didactic approaches, and innovative methods such as multisensory learning, errorless teaching, and response prompting. Foreign research and international teaching practices are analyzed and translated to show how global approaches can be integrated into local education systems. The study emphasizes the unity of theory and practice, the development of independent thinking and analytical skills in students, and the role of psychology teachers in forming professional competencies.
