STUDYING WATER IN NUTRITION

People experience a loss of thirst , and their understanding of the body's need for water is impaired. People are unaware of this, and with age, their bodies become chronically dehydrated. Scientific research proves that, in addition to dissolving and transporting essential substances, water has many other functions. Ignoring the distinctive properties of water in regulating various bodily functions has led to the deplorable errors so characteristic of modern medicine.
