Abstract

This article analyzes the construction history, political significance, economic role, and cultural role of the palace, located approximately 110 km northwest of the Amir's residence in the Bukhara oasis, as a result of the political structure of the Mangit emirs in the 19th and 20th centuries, based on historical sources. The main attention was paid to revealing the key role of the Karmana Palace in the history and life of the Bukhara Emirate.
