Abstract

In modern society, the rapid development of digital communication tools has become an important factor in shaping the worldview and social behavior of the younger generation. The vast flow of information disseminated through the Internet not only broadens the scope of knowledge but also plays a crucial role in the formation of personal values, social responsibility, and a conscious civic position. Various ideas and initiatives promoted on different platforms, along with legal information, debates, and interactive educational materials, contribute to the development of a modern approach among young people toward social and legal issues. At the same time, the spread of false or misleading information and the presence of manipulative content may lead to negative consequences. Therefore, it is essential to study this process on a scientific basis, systematize positive experiences, and develop mechanisms to prevent potential risks. As a result, the integration of education, upbringing, and information policy ensures the consolidation of positive social and legal values in the minds of the youth.
