THE ROLE OF THE NURSE IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL MEDICINE

This article highlights the rapid development of the digital healthcare system, the introduction of information technologies in the field of health, and the role of nurses in this process. Digital medicine is a technological approach that elevates the healthcare system to a new level, encompassing electronic documentation, telemedicine, artificial intelligence, and data-driven management systems. The article analyzes nurses’ competencies in working within a digital environment, their responsibility for ensuring information security, and their ability to use electronic services effectively. It also illustrates the new roles and tasks of modern nursing in the context of digital transformation through practical examples.
