Abstract

The article examines the issues of improving the employee motivation system in entrepreneurship and small business entities. Using the example of “Sayhun Group Bottlers”, it analyzes ways to increase employees’ work motivation, develop their professional qualifications, identify general and additional needs, and direct employees toward achieving specific goals. The article also provides practical recommendations for enhancing the employee incentive system in entrepreneurship and small business entities. It is emphasized that, in the current stage of economic development, planning employees’ work, providing material and non-material incentives, and improving their professional development system play an important role in the country’s economy.
