Abstract

This article discusses the development of management culture and communication skills of a school principal. Management culture is considered as an essential component of a leader's professional competence. It examines aspects such as leadership ethics, communication culture, teamwork, conflict resolution, decision-making, and social responsibility. The paper also highlights effective methods for developing communication skills and improving interpersonal relationships in the modern education system.
