Keywords:

This study explores the growing demand for educational tourism in Uzbekistan, focusing on the integration of education and cultural experiences as key drivers for international student attraction. The research analyzes current trends, motivations, and challenges faced by foreign students and educational institutions. Data were collected through surveys and interviews conducted among international students, academic staff, and tourism officials in major cities such as Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara. The findings indicate that Uzbekistan’s historical heritage, affordability, and government initiatives to internationalize education have made it an increasingly appealing destination. However, challenges such as limited English-language programs, inadequate infrastructure, and administrative barriers remain. The study emphasizes the need for coordinated efforts between the education and tourism sectors to create sustainable strategies for promoting Uzbekistan as a global educational tourism hub.
