Abstract

This article analyzes the essence of the problem of poverty in society, its socio-economic causes, and modern approaches to its reduction. By examining poverty as a complex social phenomenon related to the quality of life, income level, and social activity of individuals, the study reveals its impact on social stability. The article also highlights the role of state policy, civil society institutions, and international organizations in reducing poverty, emphasizing the scientific foundations for developing effective strategies.
