SYSTEMIC INFLAMMATION, HEMOSTSIS AND SPECTR OF LIPID IN PATIENTS WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

Currently, considerable attention is devoted to identifying risk factors for the development of Bronchial asthma (BA). Inflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and various interleukins (ILs), play a key role in the emergence of hemostatic disorders, particularly in children aged 6 to 8 years. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) serves as the primary cytokine initiating coagulation, while TNF-α also affects coagulation indirectly. Interleukin-8 (IL-8) participates in the regulation of blood coagulation by influencing the secretion of procoagulant and anticoagulant factors, as well as plasminogen inhibitors
