This article discusses a methodology for designing lessons based on authentic materials (such as brochures, menus, vacation schedules, websites, and videos) for students in tourism education. Through real-world contexts, students develop oral communication, listening, intercultural interaction, and linguistic skills for customer service communication. The use of authentic materials during the learning process helps create a natural, rather than artificial, language environment, which is crucial for preparing students for real professional situations. The research methods include observations, surveys, pedagogical experiments, and in-depth interviews with instructors.
