This article analyzes the social and economic factors that play a crucial role in the formation and development of civil society. It explains the necessary social conditions for the effective functioning of civil society institutions, including the system of freedoms, public activism, social cooperation, and social justice. Additionally, the article discusses the economic foundations of civil society, such as the inviolability of private property, market economy principles, entrepreneurial freedom, competitive environment, and economic stability. The study examines the social and economic bases of civil society as interconnected processes and highlights their impact on public administration, democratic reforms, and sustainable development.
