It explores strategies and pedagogical techniques aimed at developing professional motivation, practical skills, and professional competencies among students pursuing a career in physical education. The study analyzes how competency-oriented training programs, including practical exercises, interactive activities, and reflective practices, can enhance students’ understanding of the profession, foster a positive attitude, and stimulate long-term professional engagement.
