This article examines the pedagogical foundations for developing agility in handball players, emphasizing the theoretical principles, practical approaches, and training methodologies that enhance performance on the court. The study explores the importance of agility as a key physical and cognitive attribute in handball, highlighting how coordinated movement, reaction speed, and decision-making skills contribute to overall athletic success. Various pedagogical strategies, including targeted exercises, skill-specific drills, and progressive training programs, are analyzed to determine their effectiveness in improving agility. The research also considers age-appropriate training methods, the role of feedback and monitoring, and the integration of cognitive-motor tasks to optimize player development. The findings underscore that systematically structured pedagogical interventions not only enhance physical performance but also improve tactical understanding, team coordination, and injury prevention in handball players.
