Abstract

This article discusses the possibility of restoring the anatomical structure of damaged tooth crowns and filling dentition defects through prosthetics in children during the tooth exchange period. The authors consider prosthetics as a preventive method for avoiding dentofacial anomalies. An analysis of the need for prosthetic treatment in children and the readiness of dentists to solve problems in this area is provided. Additionally, a clinical analysis of a comprehensive approach to treating enamel and dentin defects using fixed prostheses is presented.
