SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS CAUSING CONFLICTS IN THE STUDENT COMMUNITY

The article examines the influence of social inequality, personal characteristics, and group dynamics on the psychological climate of a student group. It is noted that differences in status, temperament, and the level of self-acceptance contribute to the emergence of interpersonal conflicts. It is emphasized that group cohesion and a favorable psychological climate reduce conflict and increase motivation for learning.
