Abstract

This article analyzes the phenomenon of New Uzbekistan and its formation through political, economic, and social reforms. The thesis examines human capital, education, the social protection system, economic liberalization, and a pragmatic approach to foreign policy as the main factors driving the development of New Uzbekistan.
