Abstract

This article examines the process of selecting pedagogical personnel in preschool educational institutions, highlighting its content, modern requirements, and innovative approaches. The study analyzes methods such as competency-based assessment, digital diagnostic tools, evaluation of psychological and professional profiles, and assessment of soft skills.
