The example of Uzbek enterprises highlights current areas of cost reduction, the role of digital technologies, the effectiveness of energy-saving technologies, and the impact of management decisions. The results of the study are of practical importance in strengthening internal economic management at enterprises, increasing profitability and improving production efficiency.
