IMPROVING SAFETY CRITERIA FOR EMBANKMENT RESERVOIRS

The paper compares national practices with international standards and proposes modernization through digital technologies, GIS, and AI tools to enhance disaster preparedness and ensure ecological and infrastructural stability.
