INNOVATIVELY SHAPING TEACHERS' EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIES USING DIGITAL PEDAGOGY

This article explores the innovative transformation of teachers’ educational strategies through the integration of digital pedagogy. It examines how the thoughtful use of digital tools, aligned with pedagogical principles and content knowledge, can enhance student engagement, personalized learning, and the development of 21st-century skills. The study reviews theoretical frameworks such as TPACK, empirical research on adaptive and collaborative learning technologies, and practical insights from the recent shift to online and hybrid education models. Findings indicate that successful innovation depends not only on technological access but also on teachers’ beliefs, professional development, reflective practices, and institutional support. Challenges such as digital inequity, limited digital literacy, and superficial implementation are discussed, along with strategies to overcome them. The article concludes that a holistic, context-sensitive approach to digital pedagogy enables meaningful, learner-centered educational experiences and sustainable improvements in teaching quality.
