Abstract

Disorders of autonomic regulation are commonly observed in children of primary school age and represent an important medical and social problem. These disorders may negatively affect physical development, emotional stability, learning capacity, and overall quality of life. Autonomic dysfunction in children is often associated with psychoemotional stress, improper daily routines, insufficient physical activity, and prolonged mental нагрузка related to school adaptation. This article discusses the main causes, clinical manifestations, and preventive strategies for autonomic regulation disorders in children of primary school age, emphasizing the importance of early and comprehensive prevention.
