Keywords:
agricultural enterprises, organic products, production efficiency, ecological component, economic and social indicators, evaluation criteria.Abstract
The article examines the comparative assessment of efficiency between agricultural enterprises specializing in organic production and those using traditional methods. The research substantiates the distinct and crucial role of the ecological component in assessing efficiency, identifying its direct impact on economic outcomes through key parameters. Specifically, the study scientifically demonstrates how the ecological component manifests in economic efficiency through an increase in the market value of land plots where organic production is carried out.
Additionally, the economic efficiency indicators of organic production are analyzed in comparison with traditional product manufacturing, revealing differences in income-to-expense ratios. The study also enhances the system for assessing social efficiency, enriching it with new indicators and criteria. As a result, scientific conclusions substantiate that organic production contributes to sustainable development not only in ecological and economic terms but also from a social perspective.
