Abstract

This thesis analyzes the existing social problems within the framework of the New Uzbekistan Strategy, identifies their root causes, and examines the reforms aimed at addressing them. It also highlights the measures being implemented to improve education, healthcare, employment, social protection, and the development of the mahalla institution. According to the research findings, ensuring social stability requires a comprehensive approach and strengthening cooperation between the state and society, which are evaluated as key factors.
