Abstract

This article examines the role, significance, and effectiveness of pedagogical approaches in the development of the national innovation system. The study explores mechanisms for integrating pedagogical processes with elements of the innovation system — research institutes, higher education institutions, startups, and technology parks — to enhance human capital, foster creative thinking, and strengthen innovative potential. The article highlights the strategic importance of educational programs, professional training, skill development, and innovative teaching methods in promoting the effective development of the national innovation system. Additionally, it analyzes how pedagogical approaches in human capital development and preparation for innovative processes play a crucial role in ensuring the country’s economic and social stability.
