Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most transformative technologies in the 21st century, reshaping industries, economies, and societal structures. This study explores the rise of AI, examining its applications in business, healthcare, education, and daily life, as well as its economic, social, and ethical implications. Using literature review, case studies, and statistical data, the research identifies both the opportunities AI offers—such as increased efficiency, innovation, and decision-making capabilities—and the challenges it poses, including job displacement, bias, and ethical dilemmas. The study concludes that responsible AI adoption, regulatory frameworks, and interdisciplinary research are essential for maximizing benefits while mitigating risks.
