THE ROLE OF JALAL AD-DIN MANGBURNI IN MILITARY ART

This article examines the military contributions of Jalal ad-Din Mangburni, the last ruler of the Khwarazmian Empire, analyzing his strategic innovations and tactical excellence during the Mongol invasions of the thirteenth century. The research demonstrates that Jalal ad-Din's defensive strategies and cavalry tactics together with his mobile warfare skills against larger enemy forces showed exceptional military command which shaped future regional combat practices.
