Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a hybrid organizational form combining social mission with economic activity. This article analyzes contemporary financing mechanisms for social enterprises with a focus on impact investment, social bonds, and hybrid capital structures. Using international market data and empirical evidence from global impact investment reports, the study demonstrates that specialized financial instruments significantly increase the scalability and sustainability of social ventures. The research highlights the structural limitations of traditional banking in supporting social enterprises and emphasizes the role of blended finance and performance-based contracts in mitigating risk and improving social outcomes.
