This paper explores the historical significance of Uzbekistan’s cultural diplomacy with Central Asia. It examines the evolution of cultural interactions from the Silk Road era through the Timurid Empire, the Soviet period, and post-independence initiatives. The study highlights how Uzbekistan has used heritage preservation, education, arts, and interfaith dialogue to foster regional integration, mutual understanding, and cooperation. The paper also discusses contemporary challenges and opportunities, emphasizing the role of cultural diplomacy as a tool for promoting stability and sustainable development in Central Asia.
