Abstract

The quality of teaching in general secondary education plays a crucial role in ensuring effective learning outcomes and preparing students for the demands of modern society. This article examines the management of teaching quality based on a strategic approach within general secondary education institutions. The study analyzes theoretical perspectives on strategic educational management, highlighting the importance of leadership, teacher professional development, monitoring systems, and innovative teaching methods. The research emphasizes that strategic planning allows schools to coordinate educational goals, improve instructional practices, and ensure continuous improvement in teaching effectiveness. The findings suggest that the integration of strategic management principles can enhance institutional performance, strengthen teacher competencies, and create a sustainable educational environment that supports students’ academic achievement and long-term development.
