WAYS TO IMPROVE THE FUNCTIONING OF THE COMPLIANCE CONTROL SYSTEM IN HIGHER EDUCATION

This article examines the essence and importance of the compliance control system in higher education institutions, its role in preventing corruption, ensuring transparency and accountability. Existing challenges are analyzed, and organizational, legal, and institutional measures for improving compliance mechanisms are proposed. Special attention is given to digitalization, risk management, and the development of an anti-corruption culture in higher education institutions.
