The research is based on a review of scientific literature and a comparative analysis of sports policies implemented in different countries. The results show that effective development of mass sports depends on accessible sports infrastructure, institutional coordination, and public participation. The study also highlights the recent reforms implemented in Uzbekistan to promote sports activities among the population. It concludes that integrating international best practices with national policies can significantly enhance the development of mass sports and improve social well-being.
