Abstract

This article explores the theoretical foundations of the intellectual services market, its economic essence, formation processes, and development characteristics. It provides a detailed examination of the role of the intellectual services market in global experience, the reforms being implemented in this field in Uzbekistan, existing challenges, and their solutions. The significance of intellectual services in the economy, their importance in innovative development, and the processes of integration with modern technologies are scientifically substantiated. Additionally, the article presents proposals and recommendations for further development of the intellectual services market.
