Abstract

Our research provides an in-depth analysis of the content of international innovative projects implemented in the higher education system, their impact on the quality of education, scientific potential and institutional development. Issues of assessing the effectiveness of international grants, academic mobility programs, joint educational projects and new educational models being formed on the basis of digital innovations are covered. In the course of the research, we analyze reports of international organizations, including UNESCO, OECD and the World Bank, as well as scientific sources published within the framework of such European Union programs as Erasmus+ and Horizon. In the article, we tried to substantiate the indicators used to determine the effectiveness of innovative projects, assessment mechanisms and the possibilities of their adaptation to the higher education system of Uzbekistan.
