COMBINED USE OF LOW – INTENSITY LASER THERAPY AND DIS DERM CREAM FOR IMMUNOGLOBULINS – A, M, G IN PATIENTS WITH POLIMORPHO – DERMAL SKIN ANGIITIS

Abstract

Objective: To study the therapeutic mechanism of laser therapy and Dis Derm cream on immunological parameters (IgA, IgM, IgG) in patients with polymorpho-dermal skin angiitis.Materials and Methods: The study included 25 patients (17 men and 8 women) aged 19 to 45 years. Immunoglobulin levels were determined by the radial immunodiffusion method. Patients received 12 to 14 daily sessions of laser therapy combined with the topical application of Dis Derm cream twice a day.Results: Before treatment, the initial levels of IgA, IgM, and IgG were elevated in all patients. After 8-10 procedures, cessation of pain, regression of hemorrhagic rashes, and epithelialization of erosions and ulcers were observed. Following the comprehensive treatment, immunoglobulin levels decreased significantly: IgA to 1.88±0.03 g/l, IgM to 1.19±0.07 g/l, and IgG to 11.12±0.26 g/l.Conclusion: The combined use of laser therapy and Dis Derm cream is recommended for patients with polymorpho-dermal skin angiitis accompanied by severe pain, erosions, ulcers, and immune system alterations.
