Abstract

This article analyzes the content, priority directions, and practical results of the modern approach that took shape in New Uzbekistan during 2017-2025 in the fields of education, healthcare, tourism, and sports. The study highlights the normative legal documents, concepts, institutional reforms, and renewed governance mechanisms adopted in these areas. It also reveals the social significance of measures aimed at developing human capital, improving service quality, advancing digitalization, expanding private sector participation, and upgrading regional infrastructure. The article assesses the role of these transformations in the development model of New Uzbekistan and their contribution to public welfare, healthy lifestyles, international attractiveness, and sustainable development.
