It examines strategies for fostering communicative competence, pedagogical creativity, and autonomous professional development. The article also highlights the effectiveness of digital technologies in supporting collaborative learning, real-time feedback, and reflective teaching practices. The findings provide a framework for implementing innovative approaches in foreign language teacher education, aiming to prepare highly competent educators ready to meet the challenges of contemporary language instruction.
