MODERN APPROACHES TO ORGANIZING THE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES OF CORPORATE ASSOCIATIONS

Achieving peak efficiency in corporate associations, the rational use of modern technologies, and management mechanisms to obtain maximum profit in minimal time remain highly relevant today. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional management systems and highlights the implementation of modern approaches such as Lean management and platform-based management. It also examines the role of digital tools in optimizing the activities of local corporations and proposes practical recommendations for improving their management models.
