The study highlights the impact of investments in human capital on labor productivity, product quality, and innovative processes. Furthermore, the strategic role of continuous staff training and retraining systems in ensuring corporate competitiveness is substantiated. The article concludes with theoretical and practical recommendations for the effective utilization of personnel potential.
