Abstract

This study explores stress management among teachers and students, focusing on the major sources of stress, its effects, and effective coping strategies within educational environments. Teachers experience stress primarily due to workload, administrative duties, and classroom management, while students face stress from academic pressure, performance expectations, and digital learning challenges. The study emphasizes the interconnected nature of stress between teachers and students, where each group’s well-being influences the other. Various stress management approaches, including time management, emotional intelligence, mindfulness practices, and institutional support, are analyzed. The findings suggest that a combined approach involving individual coping strategies and organizational interventions is essential for reducing stress and improving overall educational outcomes. The study highlights the importance of creating supportive learning environments that promote psychological well-being and academic success.
