This article discusses the psychoprophylactic activity of a school psychologist in strengthening emotional stability in students, its content and practical significance. In a modern educational environment, the emotional state of students directly affects their academic performance, social adaptation and personal development. In this regard, the psychoprophylactic activity of a school psychologist is of great importance as a systematic approach aimed at preventing stress, anxiety, aggression and emotional instability. The article analyzes the main areas of psychoprophylactic work, including diagnostics, individual and group counseling, training and methods of psychological support. It also considers current problems that arise in the process of forming emotional stability in students and their solutions.
