COGNITIVE ASPECTS OF STRESS IN EXTREME SITUATIONS IN MILITARY PERSONNEL

The article discusses new models of psychological assistance, taking into account the specifics of extreme situations and allows for the provision of assistance both individually and in groups. It should be noted that the theoretical foundations and development of computerized intellectual technologies for diagnostics and self-management of psycho-emotional conditions. Stress in chronic extreme situations is a complex approach that requires a deep understanding of psychological and technical aspects. New models of psychological assistance should be adapted not only to the conditions of extreme situations, but also to the various cultural, social and individual characteristics of each person. Therefore, it is important to create innovative approaches to help psychologically affected people, taking into account the specifics of the times in which they live.
