EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE OF AN ENTERPRISE MANUFACTURING CAR CHASSIS COMPONENTS WITH INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY STANDARDS THROUGH GAP ANALYSIS

In this study, the compliance of an enterprise manufacturing automotive chassis components with international automotive industry standards was assessed through GAP analysis. The requirements of the International Automotive Quality Management Standard (International Automotive Task Force - IATF 16949:2016) and the General Motors BIQS (Built-In Quality Supply) standards were selected for the analysis. When conducting the GAP analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprise were analyzed through SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, corrective and preventive measures were proposed for the enterprise.
